David Collins was the band’s original bass player when Ring of Roses first got together in May 1987. He left the band to go to Exeter University in October 1987 and was replaced by Neil Pratt (opposite). Photo taken during one of the bands four gigs at The Jolly Boatman, Hampton court, 1987.	Neil Pratt joined the band in December 1987 replacing David Collins on Bass. He left the band after six months and was replaced by Martin Oakland, unfortunately we don’t appear to have any photos of Martin. Neil lived on a barge near Windsor! David Ward was the band’s original ‘grumpy’ drummer and stayed until February 1988 before being replaced by Paul Martin. This photo was taken during one of the recording sessions at S-Track, studios in Mitcham, London.
